OCVIBE Names Senior Leadership Team To Drive Culinary And Hospitality Vision For Southern California’s Newest Entertainment District

The Appointments Include Leadership for District-Wide Food & Beverage Operations, Katella Commons Market Hall, and Culinary Programming for the 100-Acre Development
ANAHEIM, Calif., June 15, 2026 — OCVIBE, the 100-acre mixed-use development transforming the area surrounding Honda Center in Orange County, today announced three senior leadership appointments overseeing culinary, hospitality, and food & beverage strategy across the district, including Katella Commons, a 50,000-square-foot chef-driven market hall opening as part of the project’s first phase in early 2027.
The appointments include Anthony Olheiser as Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage, Nicholas P. Pacific as Vice President of Katella Commons, and Chef Rémi Lauvand.
Together, the leadership team will guide the creation of an integrated food and hospitality ecosystem designed to connect restaurants, chef-driven concepts, premium hospitality experiences, and large-scale venue operations across the district.
“Food and hospitality are central to how people will experience OCVIBE and bringing that vision to life requires leaders who know how to create destinations that are both operationally exceptional and deeply connected to the community,” said Bill Foltz, Chief Executive Officer of OCVIBE. “Anthony, Nick, and Chef Rémi each bring world-class expertise across hospitality, culinary development, and chef-driven dining. Together, they will help shape a district-wide food and beverage ecosystem that extends far beyond individual venues, creating places that invite people to gather, discover, and connect throughout OCVIBE, and the broader Southern California community for years to come.”
Anthony Olheiser, Senior Vice President, Food & Beverage
Olheiser will oversee district-wide food and beverage operations across Honda Center and the broader OCVIBE development, including restaurants, premium hospitality, and concessions.
He brings more than two decades of senior hospitality leadership experience across major integrated resort and entertainment destinations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage at Fontainebleau Las Vegas where he led the pre-opening strategy and operations for one of Las Vegas’ most anticipated resort launches.
His career also includes senior leadership roles with Sahara Las Vegas, MGM Resorts International, The Ritz-Carlton, and JW Marriott, spanning luxury hospitality, large-scale resort operations, and high-volume dining programs.
“I am excited to help shape a hospitality program that connects every part of the OCVIBE experience and delivers something truly special for guests and the community,” said Anthony Olheiser.
Nicholas P. Pacific, Vice President, Katella Commons
Pacific will lead planning, design, and development of Katella Commons, the 50,000-square-foot market hall that will anchor OCVIBE’s culinary district.
He brings experience in destination food hall and mixed-use culinary development, previously working with Arteco Partners and Riverside Food Lab, where he curated chef-driven restaurant and market hall concepts designed to activate underutilized real estate and create community-centered destinations.
At OCVIBE, he will work closely with chefs, operators, and design teams to shape Katella Commons around operational flow, guest experience, and long-term flexibility within a mixed-use environment. “This is an opportunity to build a food destination from the ground up that reflects how chefs operate and how guests truly experience a market hall and I’m thrilled to be a part of it,” said Nicholas P. Pacific.
Chef Rémi Lauvand
Chef Lauvand has joined the team to help lead culinary programming and chef curation for Katella Commons, overseeing the development of chef-driven kitchens and food experiences within OCVIBE and the market hall.
Born in the Périgord region of France, he trained in Paris before building an international career spanning more than three decades across Michelin-caliber restaurants and destination hospitality concepts in Europe and the United States. His background combines classical French technique with contemporary, innovation-driven cuisine.
In his role, he will define the culinary vision for Katella Commons, focusing on transparency, chef engagement, and dynamic guest experiences that evolve throughout the day.
“We are truly creating a culinary environment where technique, transparency, and guest connection come together in every kitchen,” said Chef Rémi Lauvand.
